Vocational Work Placement is an essential part of competency-based assessment which provides the student with practical job skills, work experience, and most importantly can lead to paid employment in these sectors.
Educare College is partnering with one of Queensland’s largest providers of in-home care, residential aged care, disability services and retirement living – Blue Care – to support students and graduates to access potential pathways to employment. Each year, Blue Care not only employ qualified Certificate lll in Individual Support graduates but Blue Care also provide opportunities for hundreds of students to undertake their work placements.
